What holds you back?

I have no practice in writing whatsovever so it's hard to keep this blog going. I'm very critical of myself and always end up thinking that my blog entries are crap and end up not posting them. Since coming to the realization that I'll never get good until I start writing something, I've decided to write anyway.


Today I just wanted to use my own weakness to invite you to notice what are the things the are keeping you back from getting where you want to be. What is holding you back? Reflecting upon what you use as excuses as to not doing something might help you see how hard you are on yourself and maybe overcome them. 


I know my sense of perfection thinks: "It's not going to be perfect so I'm not even going to try". Today I've decided to treat me as I would treat a dear friend. I'd be kind and accepting to my work and try to see it as a means to an end. Since I want to spread all the benefits of yoga. Keeping this blog and starting my videos are more important than making them perfect.


Exercise kindness to yourself today.
