7 Day Mindfulness Challenge

Join me in 7 days of exercises to help you be more connected with yourself and your surroundings.

 

It's a great start if you want to learn to meditate and receive the amazing benefits of this practice.

Here is how it works:

​

You'll be added to a WhatsApp group - limited to up to 10 people.

​

Every day you'll receive a task to complete - tasks vary from 5 minutes to 20 minutes each day.

​

You'll also be asked to share with the group something about the task - don't worry, you'll only share what you're comfortable with.

​

The tasks will be increasingly challenging but all very doable. 

​
